Rates at the motel for our regular rooms range between $80 and $125 during peak season. We have not raised our highest rates in 8 years. The goal is to obtain more guests by demonstrating a greater value.
Often times we will require a minimum stay during peak periods. This way we can meet the growing demands for income and at the same time retain a fair value to the guests.
