Often times we will require a minimum stay during peak periods. This way we can meet the growing demands for income and at the same time retain a fair value to the guests.
Check-in: Anytime after 3 p.m. and before 10 p.m.
Early check-in can be tricky; we usually can’t promise until the “day of”.
Late arrivals! Have mercy. With a 9-room motel, we don’t have the staffing for a 24 hour desk. Check with us before you book if you do not think you can be in before 10!! We’ll do our best. Repeat guests are free to check-in after 10 p.m. as long as they let us know in advance.
Check Out: Check out time is 11 a.m. Sometimes we have latitude, but you would need to check the day-of.
Cancel Policy: We shoot for the lowest possible rates – which means almost all reservations are final and non-refundable. BUT if plans change, we will try to “re-sell” your reservation – and if we are successful, you’ll be released from the obligation except for a $10 rebooking fee. We also provide non-peak comp stays when we do need to charge for a reservation you could not use.
SOMETIMES in non-peak periods, we will cancel rooms with a $20 charge, and the $20 credit is than applied to the next non-peak booking (thus no charge for non-peak reservation changes).
