CLOSED TILL WE FIND ANOTHER BUYER!!! Just down the street, a favorite breakfast spot for the guests of the motel. Excellent diner specials as well, however they do not serve alcohol.

Opened as the best new restaurant in the entire Hudson Valley; features local foods with a professional chef (not just a cook).
15 minutes from motel; kid friendly, excellent prices for the quality (not cheap), reservations recommended. 518.672.7801

A Boston tradition. For some reason, it is a secret in New York, but patrons come all the way to Boston, stay at the Silvanus, eat at the Old Mill, and then go home??? Boston?

Mt. Washington House ~ this historic structure was built in 1881 and is currently preserved by Kelly whose attention to detail is bringing the old dame back to life.
Just a minute from the motel; reasonably priced, childrens menu, 518.325.4631

Taconic Waysid Inn, Restaurant & Tavern – just down the road Bash Bish Falls and Taconic State Park; the vintage little resort is from an era long past; a treasure – now a loved local eating spot.

Swiss Hutte ~ Close, comfortable, flawless dinning… professional, consistent, relaxed dinning experience.
2 minutes from motel; expensive, but reasonable, kid friendly, reservations best for weekends and holidays.

John Andrew’s without question is the guest’s choice. JA’s is a destination by itself, and event, and experience.
5 minutes from motel; pricey, but worth every penny, kid friendly. Reservations best for holidays and weekends. 413-528-3469
